This OEM housing component ensures proper airflow and protection in your Bissell 5990 and Bissell 6100. Housing parts serve the dual purpose of directing airflow and protecting internal components from dust and impact damage.
Vacuum housing components create the sealed airflow pathways that direct suction from the motor to the cleaning head and through the filtration system. Even a small crack can create an air leak that noticeably reduces suction at the nozzle, and housing damage tends to worsen over time.
