This OEM rear wheel fork and axle assembly restores the ratcheting height adjustment on your Royal Metal Upright vacuum. This is the axle and fork only for the ratcheting type adjustment with the foot pedal.
Proper height adjustment is essential for effective cleaning on both carpet and hard floors. The 5-position incremental adjustment lets you set the correct nozzle height for different floor types.
